Refund Policy

At Wear Your Design, we build Print-on-Demand (POD) products custom-designed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these products, our refund policies differ from standard eCommerce sites.

1. Damages or Printing Defects

If you receive a damaged product or print defect, please submit a support ticket in your customer dashboard with attachments showing the issues. We will audit the ticket and process a refund directly to your Wallet System or exchange the product.

2. Size or Color Exchanges

Since we print items dynamically based on selected sizes and uploaded designs, we cannot refund or exchange items if you ordered the wrong size or color. Please double check the size charts before submitting orders.
